This is an infrared reflective coating, which reflects the sun’s radiation away from the surface. This keeps the surface cooler and ensures it looks better for longer. It’s nifty nanotechnology properties also help repel dirt, meaning it’s self-cleaning! Shop Infracote range here.
2. Elastacote:
Elastacote is a water based protective roof coating, also designed to suit the harsh Australian climate.
It is durable and reduces dirt build-up. While suitable for almost every roof types, you cannot use Elastacote on high-glaze terracotta tiles. Shop Elastacote range here.
