If you’re looking for ways to keep your house cool and save money on power, why not consider heat reflective paint for exterior walls.
At Globalcote, we produce acrylic exterior coatings, including Infracote which is an infrared reflective coating ideal for our extreme Australian weather conditions.
Infracote Membrane Systems
Infracote is a membrane that uses technology to reflect the sun’s radiation away from the painted surface and helps to keep an internal space from heating up. It is available in a high gloss or mid lustre finish.
It’s a water-based acrylic coating which can be rolled, sprayed or bushed onto a range of prepared and sealed surfaces.
Infracote is adaptable to extreme heat and cold due to the technology used to manufacture the product.
In order to keep the painted surface clean, it uses nanotechnology which enhances its dirt-shedding abilities to help maintain its capacity to reflect the sun’s radiation.
Suitable Surfaces for Infracote
The following properly prepared and sealed weathered surfaces are suitable for Infracote membranes:
- Cement rendered surfaces
- Brick and block construction
- Concrete and unglazed Terracotta roof tiles
- Metal roof surfaces including Colorbond®
- Concrete tilt slab buildings
- Fibro cement sheeting
Infracote is durable for domestic and commercial surfaces and meets Australian and New Zealand standards.
